MeadowTech LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, meadowtech.co, is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the recognized standard for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Current Conformance Status
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit of this website. As a result, we cannot currently certify full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are in the process of evaluating our site and implementing improvements on an ongoing basis. This statement will be updated as our accessibility work progresses.

What We Are Doing
We are actively reviewing our website content, navigation, forms, and interactive features — including our pricing calculator and scheduling tools — to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Our goal is to ensure that all visitors, regardless of ability, can access information about our services and contact our team without difficulty.

Known Limitations
Because a comprehensive audit has not yet been completed, we cannot guarantee that all content and functionality on this site is fully accessible at this time. We are committed to addressing reported issues promptly.

Third-Party Content
Our website incorporates tools and features provided by third-party vendors, including scheduling, chat, and analytics services. While we work with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content or functionality. We will work to identify accessible alternatives where third-party barriers are identified.
